AI GRANTS 2026

Council Grants are awarded in six categories:

  • Technology | Engineering, Industrial Design, Product Development, Programming...
  • Business | Sales tools, Marketing Analysis, Finance, Stocks...
  • Science | Research & Development, Life Sciences, Medicine ...
  • Art | Music, Illustration, Film, Literature, Photography, Dance...
  • Society | LGBTQ+, Human Rights, Politics, Culture...
  • Education | Online Courses, Adult Education, K-12, Languages, Advanced Degrees...

Council Grants in all categories are USD 10,000.
Grant applications are accepted throughout the calendar year.
After applying, you will receive an email confirmation that your application has been accepted.
You will receive notification of the decision of our grant committee within 20 days of applying. We will contact you directly by email if we need clarification to reach our decision.

FAQ

Are there any age limits to the program?
Yes, you must be 18 years of age to apply.

Can I apply more than once?
You can apply twice per calendar year. Past grant reciprients must wait two years from the date of their grant to apply again.

When will I find out if my project is accepted?
Once your application is submitted, you will receive a decision from the Council in two weeks.

You added a captcha and an application fee in 2025. Why is that?
Yes, we added a captcha and a token fee to prevent bots and spammers from applying which compromised our mission. Now we have more time for you and your official grant application.

When my project is accepted, how will my grant be paid?
After notification of acceptance, we will confirm your bank details. We will then wire the grant funds, via SWIFT or SEPA, directly to your bank account in the currency of your choice.

Is it possible to work for the Council?
Yes, we are hiring! Please see the CAREERS section at the bottom of the page.

I would like to donate and in a specific category, how do I go about this?
Please contact our sponsor lead for information on private patronage.
